**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform data entry, maintain files, and organize documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
- Utilize computerized systems for tasks such as booking appointments or updating records
- Comfortable and efficient in performing scanning related tasks and utilizing other forms of office equipment
- Assist with the drafting of wills and powers of attorney

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist role is preferred
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic office management tasks
- Familiarity with legal services/law practices
- Proficiency in using phone systems, data entry, and file management
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Extremely detail oriented, strong spelling, and quick learning abilities

Salary expectations will be discussed in interview

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week

- Reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
