**Company Overview**

**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to lead our team at our Lethbridge location. The **Glass Shop Manager** is the on-site leader responsible for the smooth, efficient, and high-quality operation of one of DECO’s auto glass shops. They manage a small team of technicians (and occasionally a CSR), ensuring that every job meets DECO’s standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This is a **hands-on leadership role** that blends operations, team coaching, and customer service. The Glass Shop Manager coordinates schedules, supports technicians with repairs and replacements, manages parts and inventory, and ensures each customer leaves confident in the work performed.

They act as the bridge between the shop and DECO’s leadership team — working closely with the **Technical Manager** on quality and training, the **Sales Manager** on referrals and promotions, and the **Operations Manager** on overall shop performance.

- **Collaboration**: Aligning with company-wide goals through coordination with other managers.

**Requirements**:

- Must be driven, motivated, independent, and able to learn quickly
- The ability to work as a team
- Passionate about work quality
- Previous auto glass replacement experience (3+ years desired)
- Be able to stand for long periods of time

We pay a competitive wage: Salary and commission as well as health benefits starting after a probationary period and have a great company culture that loves to work hard and play hard You would join a skilled and growing team of managers, getting to take part in team events such as Calgary Stampede as well as our yearly Mexico trip for top performing manager.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
