**WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?**

**A Sales Consultant at Anstett Jewellers will be asked to provide a 5-star customer experience, maintain positive and strong verbal and written communication skills. Sales Consultants are responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and inspiring repeat business. Sales Consultants are results oriented, thrive in a fast paced and sales-oriented team environment, appreciate attention to detail, and enjoy solving problems. Sales Consultants are responsible for client data capture and accuracy and are pos, tech and ecommerce savvy.**

**A Sales Consultant is asked to assist in display set up each morning and display breakdown at end of day and help ensure products are stored safely nightly. They are to provide excellent customer service - following up on after sales service and follow the repair process from start to finish. They must work to ensure customer satisfaction and assume other duties as assigned. A Sales Consultant must follow all implemented Anstett policies and procedures involving security, repairs, after sales services, and valuation requests. Anstett Jewellers Sales Consultants are asked to share the Anstett history, quality standards and collection information with their customers along with maintaining a clean and polished work environment in the Store.**

**Qualifications for this role include: 2-3 years in a fast-paced luxury and/or sales and customer service background and a University Degree or Jewellery Certification is preferred. A Sales Consultant is required to have a strong understanding of Customer Services needs and customer priorities, excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A Sales Consultant needs to have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect - excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Flexibility to work, days, weekends and holidays.**
