About us: Short and Suite/Flex Property Developments is a rapidly growing property management company that specializes in Air BNB, short-term rentals and long-term rentals. We have recently started a sister company called Flex Property Developments that focused on long term stays

We currently have an opportunity for a housekeeper to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who would like to join a rapidly growing property management company which can offer supreme opportunities for career progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete Scheduled Flex/Short & Suite Cleanings
- Report Maintenance Issues for Scheduling
- Report any Deep Cleaning Needed
- Conduct Minor Maintenance Repairs
- Conduct Quality Assurance Audits on Short & Suite Cleanings
- Document & Report Deficiencies
- Correct, or Bring Contractors Back to Correct Deficiencies
- Conduct Minor Maintenance Repairs
- Complete Other Cleanings
- Common Areas
- Outdoor Areas
- Storage Areas
- Head Office
- Other Areas as Assigned
- Hot Tub Cleaning & Maintenance Note:

**Education**:

- 5 years experience in short, or long-term accommodation cleaning

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ottawa, ON K1R 5N8

Other:

- A valid drives licence is required

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
