The field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, training, and technical support for Digital UV wide format printing equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical service and support in a timely manner, including but not limited to, installations, user training, preventative maintenance, and sales support
- New installations include verification of electrical and environmental factors at customer site and installing and testing of printing equipment to ensure proper set up
- Provide onsite user training for operation of equipment and preventative maintenance
- Complete service reports after onsite visits to summarize visit and provide feedback
- Provide exceptional customer service with follow ups after each visit to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing remote technical diagnostic support to ensure customers are fully supported

**Minimum Requirements**
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as electro-mechanical with minimum experience of five years
- Experience in the sign and display or graphic arts industry an asset
- Product knowledge of wide format printers and media an asset
- PLC programming experience as asset
- Experience using Illustrator, Photoshop, and Colour Management
- Excellent customer management and service skills
- Ability to analyze complex hardware and software technical issues and identity root cause for resolution
- Ability to work in a Remote support environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to work long hours as needed and adapt to fast changing environment
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,627.60 per year
