This role will support the development of a best-in-class shared services operations capability that delivers competitive advantages within the commercial risk segment.
While no two days are exactly alike, our future colleague can expect to work on tasks such as:
Editing and formatting standard operating procedures and training scripts
Developing training materials on various document and e-learning platforms, covering a range of technical and operational topics
Delivering training via recorded sessions, live WebEx, or in person
Publishing and maintaining materials on SharePoint and in Workday
Tracking colleague completion and providing reports to managers
Collecting feedback from attendees to use for future training improvements
General administrative duties such as training material depository maintenance, scheduling training events and sending invitation information to all trainees How this opportunity is different
Our new colleague will contribute towards the implementation of standard processes, tools and systems that increase the efficiency of information exchanges among processes, clients, and strategic industry partners. This will be accomplished by editing and formatting standard operating procedures so that they are easy to understand and digest, creating e-learning experiences that are engaging, facilitating training sessions for our French-speaking colleagues, and helping colleagues identify service standard improvements through targeted focus groups.

Editing experience, using Canadian Press Standards, in a marketing or communications role is ideal
Bilingual (English & French) is an asset
