Mississauga, Canada POWERHOUSE RETAIL SERVICES Full time

**We are looking for an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team based in our Mississauga head office location.**

**Status**: Unpaid Co-op position

**Schedule**:2-3 days a week between 8:00am - 4:30pm

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key Activities include the following**:

- Post job descriptions on career websites
- Help the hiring Operations Team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
- Provides daily/monthly administration support for Operations Team, constructing various Excel and PowerPoint reports as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining applicant data integrity using resources and tools, while maximizing efficiency
- Execute amazing customer service at all levels of the business

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual (French) is a strong asset but not required for this opportunity
- Intermediate level using standard functions in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system, comfortable being on the phone for long periods of time.
- Previous Recruitment or call center experience is an asset.
- Perform administrative tasks quickly and accurately in a timely manner with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Ability to be adaptable, with a willingness to learn in a variety of situations

**Work Experience**:

- Must have 6 months - 1 year minimum of professional experience in Human Resources/ Recruitment
