- SHIFTS: Day shift - 5 days a week, 8 hours per shift

ROLE SUMMARY:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the brewery in achieving their targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in the respective department and ensure continuous improvement
- Implementation of best practices and compliance in the execution
- Assurance of equipment reliability; preventative and continual maintenance including but not restricted to:

- Short term maintenance routine
- Collaborating with Maintenance Engineers on Execution and Prioritization
- Provide support for Energy and Fluid systems Brewery wide to assist user departments with troubleshooting
- Responsible for leading energy and fluids reduction initiatives brewery wide and influencing operating departments
- Responsible for Utility/Energy data analysis and manipulation - transferring this data to various Reports for Brewery, Financial, Zone Brewery Support and Global reporting systems
- Contractor & construction safety planning
- Safety Monitoring and Management of Contractors During Construction or Services
- Contribute to the creation of the future capital plans

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven analytical, influence, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and platforms
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office tools and preferred knowledge of computer maintenance management systems such as SAP
- Ability to influence peer departments with regard to utility reduction initiatives
- Insistent change agent driving utility reduction initiatives
