**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part time Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. Your ability to manage time effectively, communicate with guests, and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing menus and information about specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation guidelines.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
