As a **Business Development Manager - Outside Sales Representative**, you will approach commercial retail business throughout the region to provide information about our commercial signage, lighting, electrical, and commercial site service offerings. You will visit businesses throughout the day and evening as required to prospect new and existing clients.
**About You**
- A minimum of 2-5 years of outside sales experience; alternatively, experience in the commercial signage or construction industry is an asset
- Strong relationship building and selling abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Reliable personal transportation, good driving record ,and valid provincial drivers’ license
- Post-secondary education, preferably with an emphasis on marketing or business administration is considered an asset
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Well-developed organizational and time-management skills
- Professional in appearance and conduct
