**MARKETING COORDINATOR - **Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Works with the Marketing Manager to create the social content calendar and executes postings to achieve brand awareness and web traffic goals.
- Creates marketing and sales support materials - both print and electronic - including flyers, ads, sell sheets and presentations.
- Supports tradeshow/event management including booking events, booth requirements, travel booking and executing pre
- and post-show communications.
- Liaises and builds relationships with external vendors, design agencies, print suppliers and industry association representatives.
- Manages the company image archive, files and record management system.
- Maintains complete knowledge and confidence of client information, company and departmental policies, procedures and standards.
- Other marketing related and administrative duties as required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary diploma in marketing with digital art design knowledge or minimum of 1-3 years work experience in a similar marketing role.
- Excellent writing and creative abilities.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and WordPress.
- Experience working with CRM and Marketing automation software an asset (SalesForce and Pardot).
- Ability to manage projects effectively, prioritize workload and coordinate resources to ensure on-time completion.
- Passionate with a keen desire for results.
