**Job description**

David Health International is a growing e-commerce business specializing in healthcare supplements. We are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences and helping our clients achieve their goals.

Targeting Province: All provinces in Canada: We are looking for a contract to fulltime salesperson to join our sales team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will engage them with natural and powerful communication skills, glean insights along the way, and tell our story in a way that engages them. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with knowledge of natural health supplements and products.

**Responsibility**
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Attracting new customers and putting customer needs first
- Provide invoicing/credit/return/refund services
- Close cooperation with management team/accounting team/R&D team
- Monitoring and supporting customer store displayed products
- Creating a positive atmosphere and Trade Show support, if necessary

**Qualification**
- Community College Diploma+ in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in e-commerce
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Education in natural health, nutrition, naturopathy, homeopathy is an asset.
- Excellent customer service, communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills

**Preferred**
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-store merchandising experience preferred
- Holistic Nutritionist license holder preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
