- Previous experience in baking / food preparation or a similar role is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow recipes accurately - we value consistency
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - you care about people and it shows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - you keep your cool when things get busy
- A desire to learn and grow - whether it’s learning how to make new recipes, a new personal hobby, or exploring different parts of the business (social media, recipe development, customer retention strategies, expanding our reach etc.) we are happy to find opportunities for you.
