**About the Role**:
We're looking for a strategic and experienced **ERP Supervisor** to oversee the optimization and support of our ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015).

You'll lead a small cross-functional team, act as a key liaison between technical and operational departments, and deliver continuous improvements through ERP-related projects (automation, integrations, data migrations, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**:
**ERP Strategy & Performance**
- Define and lead the ERP roadmap and governance
- Manage daily ERP operations and systems performance
- Translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Act as the primary liaison between IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants

**Team Leadership & Project Management**
- Coach and supervise ERP analysts, developers, and support staff
- Oversee major projects and go-lives (training, UAT, rollouts, upgrades)
- Maintain system documentation, security, and compliance

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 7+ years ERP experience, with 2+ in a senior or leadership role
- Proficiency with ERP platforms (Dynamics NAV/BC, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, etc.
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)

**Assets**:

- Power BI / Jet Reports / integration tools
- Agile/hybrid methodology experience
- PMP, CBAP, or ERP certifications
