We are currently looking for **DISHWASHER/PREP COOK** to join our fine dining Italian Restaurant**.** Located in North Vancouver’s Lower Londsale, this is the first passive house restaurant in Vancouver. We are looking to build an amazing team and culture with the our restaurant.

The **KITCHEN STAFF,** who will work closely with the Chef and Kitchen Team to run and organize the dishwashing area, aid the kitchen with prepping, and help to set things up for service and beyond

Formal culinary training and experience in an italian kitchen is a definite asset. If you are passionate about food,are responsible and work well together as a team in a fast paced environment then we would love to meet you

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
1+ years minimum experience as a dishwasher/prep cook staff in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, energetic outlook and a passion for food and beverage
- A strong sense of urgency to satisfy the needs of others
- Able to stay calm, prioritize and synchronize the sequence of service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as needed.
- Support cooking staff by preparing ingredients and ensuring the kitchen is stocked.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Participate in daily cleaning tasks to uphold a sanitary environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
