Window and Door Installer

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver and install a variety of window and door types, according to ACCESS’s specifications and industry best practices.
- Remove old windows and prepare openings for installation.
- Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a precise fit and finish.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.

**Job Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter, Installer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in window installation.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Effective communication skills, reliable and a customer-focused approach.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to commute to Winkler, MB on a daily basis.
- Must be willing to travel.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
