**Position Summary**

This position is responsible for overseeing all install crews, ensuring proper work is provided, post production tops are located and loaded on installation vehicles in time. Responsibilities also include ensuring proper communication between installation crews and the customers in case any issues arise.

Installation Foreman assesses and analyzes all installation issues, develops the best solution to solve the problem, and communicates it to the Procurement Coordinator.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review installation paperwork and make sure all required materials are available on a daily basis
- Review installation schedule with the Scheduling/Project Coordinator to make sure all scheduled jobs are being assigned with a proper crew on a daily basis
- Review daily installers reports, address and/or resolve reported issues
- Be available for installers to assist with resolving on-site issues including site visits when required
- Promptly react to staff absences and adjust the installation schedule in cooperation with the Scheduling/Project Coordinator
- Order necessary supplies required by installer on a regular basis
- Review and approve install contractor’s invoices
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed, necessary staff certificates are obtained
- Ensure the vehicle maintenance is up-to-date
- Manage Installation staff: recruitment and performance management
- Work in a safe manner that complies with all safety guidelines
- Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Experience and knowledge in construction and/or countertop production industry an asset
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Good organizational and effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize and improve processes
- Proficient with PC
- Positive and encouraging personality

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
