The Acorn team is growing for patio season and beyond We are looking for a professional server and bartender with exceptional experience in a fast-paced elevated dining environment.

While this is primarily a serving position, bartending shifts will be available. The successful applicant will have a solid foundation behind the bar, engaging with guests while making both classic and signature cocktails. Wine knowledge with WSET Level 2 or higher preferred.

You will be comfortable waiting tables, serving and talking about wine, hosting gracefully under pressure and sharing our enthusiasm for locally grown and wild ingredients with our guests. Fine dining experience an asset. Strong respect for vegetables a must.

You'll be joining a fun team at an award-winning progressive vegetarian restaurant. Being a small independently run, we pride ourselves on having a collaborative, team-driven environment and you will need to share this philosophy. We strive to provide a healthy work environment that offers a positive work-life balance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- Serving: 3 years (required)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Canadian Work Permit or Citizenship (required)
- WSET Level 2 or higher (preferred)
