**Role Summary**:
The Curriculum Specialist will be responsible for designing, curating, and implementing high-quality STEM curriculum that meets Ontario school board standards. This role involves developing lesson plans, assessments, and materials tailored to the academic growth of students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and curate curriculum materials that align with Ontario’s educational guidelines.
- Develop AFL (Assessment for Learning) tests and evaluation tools for student progress.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create visually engaging learning resources.
- Conduct ongoing research to ensure curriculum stays current with educational trends and innovations.
- Provide teacher/tutor training and guidance to ensure consistency in program delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven expertise in curriculum development and content creation.
- Strong understanding of AFL tests, assessment strategies, and differentiated instruction.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
