**Coach Atlantic** is currently recruiting a **School Bus Driver. **The position will be **Dieppe, NB.**

Have you ever considered becoming a school bus driver?

School bus drivers typically work a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the afternoon. Most drivers do not work; on weekends, statutory holidays, during the summer, Christmas break, March break, snow days, and various school development days. Extra hours are usually available if desired (field trips, non-school charters, etc).

There are certain requirements to become a school bus driver. Primarily, you'll need a class 2B license.

If you do not currently have a class 2B license, we will help you obtain one. No previous experience necessary. The process involves:
Obtaining a clean criminal check, vulnerable sector check, and a drivers abstract. Completing a 5 day training course, a vision test, a written test, and a road test.

Upon successfully achieving a 2B drivers license, employment with Coach Atlantic offers:

- A competitive hourly rate.
- Typically the same route(s)
- Typically the same bus (automatic transmission).
- Potential to park bus at your home, or a nearby base.
- Maritime Bus line run discounts.
- Annual clothing allowance.
- An average day consists of a morning shift, and an afternoon shift.
- Paid snow shifts (i.e. when school is cancelled due to storm).
- Some opportunities to work only AM, or only PM runs.
- Extra work opportunities (charters) are common.

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: Up to $20.00 per hour
