**Job Summary**
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Instruction**:

- Teach high-quality Pilates mat and/or equipment classes for individuals and groups
- Modify exercises to accommodate clients of varying skill levels, ages, and physical limitations
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback or personalized instruction when needed
- Ensure safety and proper use of equipment during all sessions

**Studio Management**:

- Create and manage class schedules, coordinate with other instructors, and manage bookings
- Handle client inquiries, registrations, cancellations, and general customer service
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of studio space and equipment
- Maintain attendance records and monitor class capacity

**Marketing & Social Media**:

- Manage and grow the studio's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content such as class highlights, client testimonials, and promotions
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Process payments, manage memberships/packages, and track financial transactions
- Assist with hiring and onboarding of new instructors if required
- Communicate studio policies and updates to staff and clients
- Help plan and coordinate special events, workshops, or community outreach

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Pilates Instructor (mat and/or apparatus-based certification)
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in a fitness studio or wellness environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with scheduling and booking platforms (e.g., Mindbody, Acuity, etc.)
- Proficient with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week

Additional pay:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
