**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Activewear Advisor to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in finding the perfect activewear products to meet their needs. You will leverage your expertise in retail sales and technical knowledge of activewear to create a positive shopping experience, encourage brand loyalty, and drive sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Utilize strong communication skills to understand customer needs and recommend suitable activewear products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales, preferably within the activewear or sports apparel industry.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems is essential.
- A passion for fitness and an understanding of activewear trends is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
