Independent pharmacy looking for a full-time position pharmacy assistant. Working hours Monday - Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm. Must have excellent communication skills and customer service experience. Must have basic typing skills. Preferred but not required to have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Greeting patients and answering telephone
- Assisting Pharmacist with preparing and packaging prescription medication
- Maintaining and restocking inventory for prescription drugs and over the counter products
- Entering prescriptions details into patient profile - Fillware knowledge preferred
- Filing prescription records
- Cashier duties

**Experience**:

- 1 year pharmacy experience preferred.

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Cantonese or Mandarin (preferred)

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON M1T 3K4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
