Accounts Receivable Specialist

Note: This position functions on a hybrid schedule, with minimum three days per week on site.

Job Summary:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Keep up to date daily invoicing through the ERP system. Issue manual invoices when required.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies between billing and cash received, issue credit notes when required
- Analysis of aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts and resolution of payment discrepancies
- Work with customers and sales/logistic teams to resolve outstanding claims/issues
- Keep all supporting documentation up to date
- Respond to customer queries
- Assist with month-end closing, year end and participate in audit process
- Ensure internal control compliance within all assigned areas
- Provide support on special projects

Required Experience:

- Good knowledge of the accounts receivable process and general accounting principles
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferable with a North American company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Bilingual English/French

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
