**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development.
- Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and consistency in menu items.
- Handle cash management, including processing transactions accurately and maintaining financial records.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance restaurant visibility and attract new customers.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant premises to ensure cleanliness and organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in supervising staff is required.

Pay: $47,500.00-$60,000.00 per year
