**Position Overview**:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between our clients and veterinary team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to multitask.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Handling client inquiries and providing accurate information
- Maintaining organized records and processing payments
- Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed
- Promoting a positive and caring environment for pets and owners

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with computers and office management software
- A genuine love for animals and empathy towards pet owners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- veterinary industry: 1 year (required)
