Toronto Stone & Soil Mixtures Ltd. is a family-owned company and recognized as a friendly and service oriented in the construction and landscaping industry around the GTA in the summer season and we sell salt during the winter season. We are a small business with 7-10 employees operating at the heart of North York. We are in the business for over two years and continue to prosper with the mission to offer the best possible personalized service for our customers’ satisfaction. **What you're responsible for**:

- Distributing and coordinating customer service calls.
- Communicating between scale operators, yard operations and drivers.
- Directing trucks and providing detailed feedback to scale on quality of material.
- Monitoring driver hours within provincial compliance regulations.
- Tracking incoming and outgoing orders
- Ensuring safe operation process and procedures are directed and followed.
- Inputting data in the system for inbound and outbound soils and aggregates for inventory monitoring

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of fleet dispatching experience.
- Knowledge of various types of truck and trailer combinations an asset

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- dispatching: 2 years (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
