Administrator/bookkeeper

We are looking for the right person to join our team and take on the key role of **Administrator/Bookkeeper**.
This position requires the ability to work with mínimal supervision, as well as having excellent communication and customer service skills to respond to external sources such as government agencies, suppliers and general inquiries.
You will be responsible for basic office equipment setup and maintenance, so a solid grasp of current technology is required. You will be asked to assist the Director and help at events as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: college diploma in business admin or accounting, or equivalent business experience.
- 3+ years’ work experience in a related capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping and administration, with a passion for accuracy and detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks, manage a full workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along, with a positive attitude.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to troubleshoot; social media; Sage accounting; Simply; and MS Office 365 Suite.
A flexibility to complete any other duties as required by management.
**Additional Requirements**: Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
