**What the Opportunity Is**:
Reporting to our VP of Brokerage Operations, Property.ca is looking for a part-time Sales Coordinator who is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to sales agents and the sales department. Some job responsibilities will include:

- Support sales team by managing and updating agent profiles
- Manage onboarding paperwork for all new Realtors joining the brokerage
- Lead distribution, assignment, and tracking
- Coordinate training schedules for new realtors
- Generate and analyze reports on realtors’ performance and statistics
- Communicate with customers; make sure website visitors are pointed to the resources they need
- Be involved in recruiting initiatives with realtors
- Support agent and customer events - may require some evening work
- Complete simple marketing tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**We want to speak to you if you have**:

- Post-secondary education required in Real Estate, Finance or Business
- 2+ years of administration experience a must
- Real Estate experience preferred
- Must have expertise with Microsoft office including excel
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
