**Duties**
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential growth areas.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position solutions.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and drive strategic decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong technical acumen related to technology sales and solutions.
