We are looking for a **Sales Coordinator - Calgary**

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and ensure smooth operations within the sales department.

**What We Expect?**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a technology or distribution organization.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce CRM.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members on Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
- Compiling weekly sales forecasts for Executive management.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the sales leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
- Salesforce certification(s) and experience working in a B2B sales environment will be an asset.
