Requirements
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Strong decision making and analytical abilities. Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills. Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed, possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.

Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers regarding Sales of New and Used Boats, Engines, Trailers, PWC's, and Atv's. Ensure that all customers are responded to from all sources of leads promptly and thoroughly.

Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable, follow up, generate the need for future contact and document interactions through contact tracking system.

Use client management system, company portals, online quote/ ordering sites, automated information systems, (i.e, excel spreadsheet’s used to analyze customer data). Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

Will work with the team to help improve the office environment, support others and provide guidance and support whenever possible to ensure the success of the organization your fellow co-workers.

Pay: $35,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-03-01
