**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handling incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, and general administrative duties.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various office tasks.
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained and welcoming at all times.
- Light cleaning.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical work.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on customer support and service.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
