August Lifestyle fulfills the responsibility of accommodating the day to day needs of athletes and HNW individuals under the August brand as well as a select few individuals who have chosen to participate in the August brand solely through the Lifestyle division. August Lifestyle associates are crucial to the August Group because they serve as the highest frequency touch point with clients. This presents the opportunity to cement relationships that are vital to customer retention and referrals.

**About the position**

The Client Service Associate will work in tandem with Relationship Manager to fulfill client requests, develop itineraries and presentations, communicate with vendors, and monitor client activity to ensure their overall wellbeing in areas that relate to their day-to-day operations. The Client Service Associate is expected to be available to clients and colleagues at all points during the day and late afternoon. In addition, this incumbent will assist The August Group team in completing day to day administrative tasks.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for clients and the team
- Organize and develop itineraries, prepare agendas, and minute meetings
- Book and coordinate travel such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and planning
- Logistical coordination such as property moves, vehicle moves, other shipments
- Property management such as coordinating utilities setup, lawn care, snow removal, and more
- Tending to personal client matters such as reservations, personal shopping, vacation planning, and other various tasks
- Work in liaison with leadership to confirm appointments and reservations
- Provide assistance with projects
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Education**
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays. Overtime may be required on short notice.
- Acts with discretion and maintains client confidentiality of client activity
- Previous experience with graphic designing is an asset
- Previous experience with Salesforce (preferred)
- Ability to problem solve
- Must be available to travel domestically and internationally (as required)
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office
- Personable, ability to create lasting relationships
- Sales / customer service experience is an asset
- Bilingualism an Asset
