**Job Description**:
The Product Owner, eCommerce, combines knowledge of global retail operations, business processes, data, web analytics, user behavior and market requirements balanced with business rules to craft user stories and manage the product backlog for the sustainability and growth of Canada Goose’s global eCommerce business. The Product Owner is a key point of contact and serves as a bridge between development, design, and business stakeholders. The Product Owner will support various stages of the eCommerce platform’s product development life cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct business requirements gathering and elicitation for technology projects supporting purchase, payments, accounts, and post purchase experiences.
- Create user stories, diagrams, journey maps, screen/interface design annotations, functional specs, for digital site enhancements, new integrations, and special projects as required.
- Own the product backlog and ensure acceptance criteria is clear and thorough.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to proactively review the Product Roadmap, manage current and upcoming priorities and business requests.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams on new development, walkthrough new features, review user stories, ensure development aligns with current priorities.
- Work with designers, digital agencies, and vendors alike to develop, annotate and test UX/ UI.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for digital channels and necessary training.
- Track and prioritize defects and releases to production.
- Collaborate within the organization and continuously share user insights to relevant lines of business

**Qualifications**:
**Experience, Education and Designations**:

- A post-secondary degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a product, business analysis or eCommerce operations role.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CSM, CSPO are assets.
- Proficient technical knowledge of eCommerce technologies and web development.
- ** Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with global business partners, other team members, and various levels of management.
- Understanding of company organization, products and related industry knowledge.
- Ability to juggle conflicting priorities while completing projects successfully.
- Rich experience in the following fields: web technologies, software development processes, business requirement gathering and elicitation, user story and product backlog management, retail processes, SalesForce Commerce Cloud or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent skills with Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, Visio or equivalent diagraming software.
- Experience using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and other BI tools to provide business insights

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with global business partners, other team members, and various levels of management.
- Understanding of company organization, products and related industry knowledge.
- Ability to juggle conflicting priorities while completing projects successfully.
