- **We are looking for an Event Marketing Specialist to join our team.**_

**What you’ll do**

As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will be the main point of contact with our brand partners to coordinate and execute in-store and external events, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth for Kiokii And. Including but not limited to
- Serve as the primary liaison between Kiokii and brand partners for event planning and execution.
- Develop and implement event strategies to drive foot traffic, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and staffing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to create promotional content and campaigns for events.
- Ensure all events align with Kiokii’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Analyze event performance and provide post-event reports with actionable insights.
- Manage event-related inventory and materials, ensuring timely delivery and proper setup.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ event strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned

**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, brand partnerships, or marketing, preferably in retail or beauty industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
