**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong business development acumen, particularly in B2B environments.
- Proficiency in account management practices to foster long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with technology sales processes and products is highly desirable.
- Solid analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
