- Supervision and service of all event functions within the hotel
- Coordinate and oversee set-up and breakdown
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, maintaining the inventory
- Processing and receiving food orders and menu quotes
- Liaison with vendors and internal/external suppliers-
- Manage staff schedules
- Gather necessary invoices for billing
- Make pre-event and post-event calls to the client to maintain relationships
- Adhere to all standards, policies, and procedures
- Attend and participate in staff meetings as required-
- Support other members of the Sales and Food & Beverage team
- Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned**Qualifications**- Prior experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and punctual
- Passion for customer service
