**Are you looking for a meaningful summer job? **Community Care City of Kawartha Lakes (CCCKL) is looking for a student to join our Wellness department, in a full-time capacity over the summer months. The role would provide support and assistance to our current wellness team members with a variety of tasks. This position would report to our Health Promoter and all tasks will receive appropriate training and oversight.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Complete a community needs assessment of the local food programs within the City of Kawartha Lakes and surrounding areas.
- Research and produce an evidence-based program plan for each food specific program
- Based on direction and approval of the approach produce print resource material of all community food programs within CCCKL
- Coordinate work with other Wellness team members as necessary.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Between the ages of 15 and 30
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Experience with research and data analysis would be an asset
- Effective communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Upon a conditional offer of employment, a clean Vulnerable Sector Record Check will be required.
