- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Proven ability to upsell services and products effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to customers and team members.
- A background in sales or mechanics is an advantage but not mandatory.
