Are you looking to join a dynamic team at the heart of the design and architecture industry? If you have a passion for sales and want to showcase your skills, we're looking for a Commercial Sales Representative specializing in facades. You'll have the opportunity to work with exciting products and projects while collaborating with a dedicated and passionate team.

**Responsibilities**

The incumbent is responsible for leading facade sales and promotion efforts with architects, technicians, engineers, contractors and developers.
- Contributes to the sales strategy by planning with the Sales Manager the target customers to reach the annual sales objectives for facades;
- Approach new customers, achieve associated key performance indicators, consolidate existing customers and develop new customers for this product family;
- Acts as a point of contact to monitor progress and resolve problems;
- Supervises all facade projects, from initial customer presentation to final installation;
- Follows up orders in collaboration with our in-house teams (project management, shipping, procurement, etc.);
- Supports the customer by providing documentation, samples and product training;
- Provides sales representation for ventilated facades in collaboration with the technical sales representative for facades;

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in commercial sales;
- Solid experience in sales representation, particularly in negotiating and closing sales;
- Possession of a vehicle;
- Available to meet customers on the road from Monday to Friday;
- Ability to manage priorities independently;
- Advanced computer skills.
