**Purpose**:
The Student Services Assistant is a key role in the Student Services and International Relations (SSIR) Division of the Schulich School of Business (SSB). The role is the first point of contact for students in the SSIR office. Reporting to the Director, Student and Enrolment Services, the Student Services Assistant is responsible for front-line services and providing overall administrative support to the Division. The main purpose of this role is to provide a variety of reception and front-line services, and to be the first point of contact, by providing excellent student-centered customer service and enrolment support, to new incoming and current students in the Undergraduate, Master, and PhD programs at the Schulich School of Business.

**Education**:
One (1) year post-secondary education.

- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, analytical skills, excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, superior oral and written communication skills to effectively interpret, obtain, communicate, and deliver accurate information.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment with peak periods.
- Demonstrated ability to accomplish detailed work quickly and accurately.
- Professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and the ability to safeguard sensitive information in a dynamic work environment.
- High energy and enthusiasm, positive and empathic, able to provide outstanding, knowledgeable customer service.
- Ability to handle high volumes of disparate work.
- Able to display good judgement.

**Additional Notes**:
