Founder is a restaurant and bar featuring unique takes on classic dishes and cocktails. Our talented team features a daily chef's experience alongside a diverse a la carte menu which are served with our hand crafted cocktails and local beers and wines.

We are currently seeking a talented bartender to join our small and close knit front of house team.

The successful individual is someone with 4 years of experience bartending in a similar setting, a great team first attitude, a hunger to always be learning, the ability to handle volume while remaining professional, and maintaining high standards of service.

Located in the west end of downtown on the 505 Dundas streetcar line, it is a great venue to take pride in what you do.

**What we're looking for**:

- Someone with a passionate attitude who takes pride in great guest experiences
- Experience executing a fine-dining (or similar) service standard
- Familiarity with spaces featuring a broad dinner menu offering and a focus on craft cocktails
- Minimum 4 years experience as a bartender
- Ability to work evenings between Wednesday and Sunday
- Bonuses include: knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and _classic_ cocktails
- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Collaborating in creating new cocktails

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
