Construction Project Coordinator

**Project Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team, assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, plans, permits, and change orders. Ensure timely and organized filing of project-related information.

**Communication**: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Regularly update project status and communicate key milestones.

**Scheduling**: Assist in project scheduling, including the coordination of subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections. Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays, proposing solutions as needed.

**Budget Tracking**: Collaborate with the finance team to track project expenses, prepare budget reports, and assist in the financial management of projects.

**Quality Control**: Contribute to the maintenance of quality standards by participating in regular site visits, inspections, and reporting any deviations from project specifications.

**Risk Management**: Identify and assess potential risks to project timelines and budgets. Work with the project management team to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

**Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that meeting minutes are accurately documented and distributed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
