Cleaner (Part-time)

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Must have own car.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from facility occupants.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
- Maintain communication with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
**Requirements**:
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
