**Hiring Framing Subcontractor Crews**

We are seeking experienced Framing Subcontractor Crews to join our large-scale construction project. Our ideal teams will have a proven track record in framing, with the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

**Key Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience specifically in commercial wood framing construction.
- Crews must be fully equipped with all necessary tools and equipment.
- Demonstrated ability in handling large scale framing projects and structural framing.
- Capacity to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Physical ability to handle construction materials (ability to carry at least 50 lbs).
- Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Knowledge of local wood framing construction methods, techniques, and relevant equipment.
