**Position Overview**:

- Developing authentic relationships with our clients by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations
- Working in an indoor and outdoor retail environment
- Various shift times, 7 days a week
- Creating a complete luxury outdoor living experience
- Assisting all customers including do it yourself, contractors, and retail customers
- Maintaining a flexible work schedule including evening, weekend and holiday availability.
- Maintain the spirit of ownership by demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Educating customers on products relating to landscape including design,
- Represent the company and its image of excellence in customer service and public relations with homeowners, industry, and the community
- Maintaining and developing new contractor relationships
- Attaining sales quotas and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) goals.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 Years’ experience in a customer service/ sales environment an asset
- Experience in landscape and/or design environment an asset
- Superior ability to build positive customer relationships
- Fast paced experience an asset
- Above average communication skills
- Passionate and energetic
- Fast paced experience an asset
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn a broad scope of products/ services
- Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision
- Ability to quote projects in all capacity

**Working Conditions**:

- Able to occasionally lift items as heavy as 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexible work schedule

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
