In this role, you will work closely with our National Service Manager at our Markham Head Office. This position is classified as entry/associate level with the opportunity to develop into a more advanced role (Lead Service Coordinator) in the future.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Dispatching technicians to service calls
- Creating work orders for client service requests
- Billing work orders for client service requests
- Assisting in communications with technicians and customers regarding work orders
- Assistant in the Accounts Payable/Receivable Functions
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned to you from time to time

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- A resilient individual with at least one (1) year of administrative/service coordination experience (_Preferably in the TRADES industry)_
- Someone with billing experience is seen as an asset
- Ideally, an individual with A/R experience
- A strong verbal & written communicator with an outgoing persona
- Ability to stay organized and work meticulously is a MUST
- An individual with a STRONG aptitude for independent problem solving
