**Duties**
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support. building documents from a variety of different platforms
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the Health and safety system and employee training.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
- Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Must be proficient with Microsoft and Google documents and forms
- Preference will be given to those with with internal COR Audit certification
- knowledge with the traffic control industry
- 2-5 years experience in safety administration

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coquitlam, BC V3C 4K1
