Help Desk Technician

As a Help Desk Technician, you will play a key role in delivering IT support to clients by diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing system troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless IT operations. In this client-facing position, business casual attire is required to reflect our commitment to professionalism and exceptional service in the IT field.
**Must Have’s**
- MUST be a Canadian Citizen (Not a permanent resident) to obtain a Government of Canada Military Security Clearance.
- Must have a diploma from a recognized Technical College or University
- Must NOT have a criminal record.
- Must have a valid Saskatchewan Drivers License
- Must be local to Moose Jaw or be willing to relocate.
- Must have CompTIA A+ Certificate or be willing to acquire it. We can help with that.
**Skills, Education and Experience**:
Technical College Diploma in computer systems. Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk, technical support, or IT customer service role. Be technically proficient through training or field experience in the following areas:
- Desktop, Laptop hardware and Printer Repair experience.
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems support.
- Audio/Visual equipment experience an asset.
- Microsoft Certifications an asset.
**Technical Responsibilities**
- Communicating effectively with users to understand and address their technical concerns.
- Stay current with skills and pursue certifications.
- Work well with technical and admin teams.
- Creating and updating knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
